The flow of export (Ocean transport)

Delivery to bonded warehouse from a place where the goods are shipped

   LCL is stored (※)CFS.

   After the container is loaded on a ship and ocean freight charge is paid according to shipping conditions,
   (※)B/L is issued by shipping company.

(※) CY (Container Yard) : Designated place by shipping company to store and lay the container.
The place of storing and laying for shipment of imported container.

(※) CFS (Container Freight Station) : The place of storing and laying for shipment of imported container.

(※) B/L (Bill Of Lading) : The document which has the transport conditions which is specified by the owner.

The flow of import (Ocean transport)

The freight which is imported enters the port.


Unload the container from the ship and store in CY.
(CFS freight is sent to warehouse and unloaded.)


After prepare the documents for customs clearance and declare the import to customs house.
(Document : Invoice, Packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, approval notice.)



If the examination of documents and inspection are no problem, examination is ended.

Pay the ocean freight charge to shipping company and receive (※)D/O from them.
Check the destination’s condition and delivery the freight at the fixed date.
